Erica has been amazing, she is a lovely member of your team and you should be very proud of her and how fair she is. She doesn’t try to take sides and did her best to sort a very messy situation out but the other person has a history for being deceitful and very aggressive hence none of our family speak to her. Erica put all this to one side and tried her best to do what was best for my brother, but unfortunately my sister has now moved my brother again and we are in the dark all over again. I would recommend Oliver and James to anyone that would need their services especially Erica.
