Totally professional, patient, friendly, a properly personal service in a world where that is a dying art (sorry).

Lucy and her associates made something that was sad and daunting into a positive experience. We wanted something playful but respectful and the Individual Funeral Company were able to find that balance. I felt they got the essence of my Mum from the first call, and were able to explore creative and practical ways to make the event exactly as we had hoped. From the coffin, flowers, transport and the all important celebrant, the day was spot on. Information about passing our father was a shock. We were confused but Lucy took great care of us, she was leading us when it was necessary and she was soothing and calming in low moments, very tactful and thoughtful.
