The team here are absolutely brilliant craig and his team are absolutely brilliant and make a difficult time easier. The approach and the care the team provide is incredible so caring when your going through a difficult time nothing is ever a problem. Also just want to say a special thankyou to simon who we traveled with and was such a gentleman to us all and spoke to softly amd helped explain everything to me that I ask. Sadly both my parents passed away recently and just six weeks apart.
Surmans made a difficult time so much easier with their caring and professional approach. Nothing was too much trouble.
Both parents had very different funerals, my dad more formal at our local church and my mums at the crematorium. The icing on the cake for my mum was the horse drawn hearse Surmans organised. Mum was a horse lover so a fitting last journey for a very special lady. Highly recommend.

I cannot fault the great customer service we had from Surman and Horwood. When I made my initial call to say that my Dad had passed away, and that we wished to use their services, they showed much compassion and care towards me and my family. They guided us the whole way through the funeral process. Dad was cremated and his ashes interred in the local church. I would recommend Surman and Horwood without hesitation.
