From the first phone call to the funeral, my family received the most professional, caring and kind support. Brian who arranged the funeral with us was absolutely amazing. He took us through everything with patience, advice and great kindness.. Brian returned my calls and emails promptly. I was kept up to date with all arrangements.
On the actual day of the funeral, we requested a limousine to follow the hearse. They arrived on time, all the family flowers were laid out beautifully in the hearse.

I would like to say a big Thank you to all Staff at the Coop Funeral Directors Didcot who were involved in the funeral service and arrangements for my step daughter Karen on Wednesday 17th January 2024. Everything was so perfectly considered from the arrival of Karen at her home address and the Chief Mourner (if that is still the term used) explaining the route being taken to the Crematorium and avoiding roadworks etc. every attention to detail and care was given and the way the staff showed their respect in placing the coffin inside the Crematorium.
