I can't praise the Bicester branch of Oliver & James enough, especially Robert who helped me through a very difficult time, and to make some of the most difficult decisions for my husband's funeral I have ever had to make. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept saying it's fine take your time. A big thank you to Robert and the rest of the team at Oliver & James for their help and kindness right from the start. They have all become friends and not just a someone who arranges funerals.

My grandmother, grandfather, mother and my farther were left in their care . I can't unpack all of it here but, not one of these experiences are in anyway ok. Avoid. It was a family habit to go to them
