Unethical and unprofessioanl service. I called to request a home visit to see what options were available and what prices would be charge.
I was told someone would call me to set up an appointment to see me at my home.
I then decided to choose James McEwan Funeral Services instead as they were recommended by our Pastor who would conduct my husbands funeral.
When they went to collect my husbands body from the Perth hospital they were told that Gaulds Funeral Directors had been instructed by me to conduct the funeral!!!!
I has absolutely horrified as I did nothing of the kind. I merely asked f
