My family have required the services of Charles Mace and Sons twice in a year. Sadly my Dad passed away in September 2020 followed by my Mum in August 2021 and they both wanted very different funerals, Dad wanted a secular service and cremation and Mum a church funeral and burial . The level of empathy & understanding was exceptional, with clear guidance and options presented well. The service was impeccable, which included a celebrant - Ben. I am unsure if it is appropriate of recommending, But for our family & Friends, the inclusion of Ben was without doubt, the perfect choice for this occasion. I cannot praise enough the service and assistance from Malcolm after my Aunt passed away recently, from liaising with the Church regarding the funeral arrangements to even organising the order of service with the printers, through to contacting the engravers to update the headstone. It certainly took the pressure off the family with Malcolm guiding us through the whole process.

Malcolm and Grant were an absolute god send. Sadly, my Nan passed away in February this year. They were kind and compassionate during a very difficult period and my family and I are forever grateful.
We chose not to have a service, but the family had time to visit and say their goodbye's in their own way. They allowed me in early on the day to set up the chapel room like a garden as she loved flowers and nature. I can't thank you all enough for your help.
