I've just received my beautiful necklace made from my Mums ashes. From the very first contact Angels Meadows have been wonderful. It was easy to order. The range of jewellery is lovely. The packaging has been put together with care. I highly recommend this family run business. They are amazing.

Absolutely beautiful piece of jewellery. The process from start to finish has been so lovely, there was no pressure to send the ashes over which allowed me to take all of the time that I needed before taking a part of my Nan away to create this piece. The unused ashes have been returned to me along with the jewellery and a certificate of authentication. The jewellery only took around 1 week to arrive after posting the ashes which was unexpected as it said it could be up to 3 weeks. It was even delivered as signed delivery and handled with so much care. You can really see how much care has gone

Ordered the tiara ring in pearl. Colour doesn’t resemble photos online, it’s more grey. Asked could I see photos with diamond dust added to real rings, they had none.
Used ring sizer. Size fluctuated due to period. Ended up picking a size slightly too large for every day use, my fault.
Ring arrived and one piece looked different to rest like the outer layer was too thick. Returned for repair and resize.
Final product looks and fits better but the ashes in the far right gem do look different to the rest. I’m just happy the outer layers all now match.

Avoid! Product Not As Advertised
The memorial ring is nothing like the image on their website. The company failed to communicate to clarify crucial details, resulting in a mis-sold product and huge disappointment. This experience made a difficult time much more upsetting. Please choose a different, more reliable service for your precious keepsake. I feel they take advantage of people who are vulnerable and make money from them by providing a very low quality product and would go as far as to call their responses to my complaint callous and apathetic.
