My Mum has been receiving respite care at Prospect House for the last 6 weeks. From the moment that she walked in the door, she has been treated with the utmost kindness and respect. She has loved all the activities, particularly the inter-generational ones with the little visitors from the primary school across the road. The anxiety which she was experiencing while living on her own, has all but disappeared. We have all been so happy with the care that she has been shown, that we have decided to make her stay permanent. She is in very safe hands.

My partner has been in Prospect House now for 6month. I cannot thank them enough for all the care and attention that he has had from them. Their dedication is truly outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. If he doesn’t want a certain meal that is on offer ( he’s not the easiest eater 😀)!! Then they will prepare him something else that is nourishing that he likes.
It is a friendly and relaxing environment from the moment you walk in but extremely professionally run.
I cannot thank them enough for all the loving care they are giving David.
Thank You so Much Prospect House
Sandi ❤️

When you arrive to see your 96 year old aunt who had suffered from broken ribs and a broken hip, now cycling her legs on a bespoke machine, sitting in the chair, smiling in the sunshine, new bouffant hair do, saying ‘you just have to keep going don’t you?’ … you know that Prospect House was the right place for her! Well fed, well looked after and happy.

What a brilliant place to find yourself in! Jean loves it and looks 5 years younger than when she moved in. It’s so much fun to visit with her and hard to believe she’s 96 years old. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who look after her so well.
