Right from the moment we met Alban, Graham's son, we felt that we were in safe hands. Where others made things seem difficult, Alban made it all seem easy. We were trying to do everything done within 8 days of my mother passing, in a parish with no vicar, an use a plot in a churchyard that was rarely used. It was all done and at no point did my brother or I feel pressure. Every question we had, and every change we wanted to make addressed rapidly and without fuss.
