★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing customer care, my wife felt pressurised in signing paperwork and taking a services that were neither required or necessary. Promised to confirm the total costs by email and next steps but was never forthcoming. When found out went with a different company got on the phone and were incredibly unprofessional and rude with inappropriate comments at such a difficult and vulnerable time. Even put the phone down after insulting comments made to a grieving relative. I am very disappointed in their ethical conduct , totalling unacceptable.
