Although I used the Bridgwater branch to buy the funeral, the Taunton branch were involved in setting up the appointment. The people I spoke to on the telephone there were empathetic, courteous, and ‘real’ (not sycophantic in any way).

Chris and Debbie at the Bridgwater branch have been absolutely amazing. Our mum passed in December and had a prepaid plan which the team accommodated, assisted us with planning the funeral around mum's wishes and were always clear about any extra services and costs, giving product advice and not upselling anything.
The service given was exceptional and entirely person-centred. They got to know who Mum was in order to give her a good service, and who we are and incorporated additional requests that we had to make the day run more smoothly.
