I chose well, as when my sister passed away unexpectedly they organised and carried out her funeral in a professional but compassionate manner. Ryan deserves special thanks, as he was able to liaise with me entirely by email because I live in Portugal. On the day we lost Dad my eldest brother made a call to you and it was the absolute best decision.
Right from the start we were all cared for by yourself (Darren) and the fabulous team of Bewley staff.

Awful. The funeral director Patrick was utterly incompetent, i was 19 years old planning the funeral of my own mother because my dad was far too distraught and they were incredibly unhelpful. The funeral felt very thrown together at the last minute even though we had over 2 weeks. I had to chase up the funeral director on multiple occasions for the music, the photos, the flowers, and the order of service. I shouldn’t have had to think about those things for myself at such a terrible time in my life, it felt like i was managing them when it’s their literal job to plan funerals and they couldn’t
