Dad & I had never organised a funeral before. Mum had been suffering a long time with alzheimers. People around us did not really know her. Family members were in The Midlands and the USA. We were unable to contemplate a funeral anyway - watching the coffin disappear behind a curtain, feeling the need to speak in front of others and maybe not cry too much, be brave. We stepped into CFS and were met by the warmest heart, the friendliest face, the most perfectly empathic person we could have imagined. She instantly knew what we needed and made a perfect plan for us. We simply said our farewells

Having never organised a funeral before, we had the most beautiful service for our dad. I was not looking forward to the day at all given it was bringing an end to our dear dads life but everything was perfect and weirdly I enjoyed it, all our guests commented and said we did dad proud, it was just so right.

Worst thing I ever did was use this service at such a sensitive time. They have stirred trouble in the family, called me a liar and discussed financial issues with a member of family. Very insensitive and unprofessional. They have caused me nothing but upset.
It won’t let me fully see your response, but I have contacted you. Onthe day your staff members called me a liar! I was told I would get a call back and nothing and today.
