From the very first meeting we were looked after in a kind, caring compassionate way. Jo was the person who looked after mum, she was fabulous. Charlie, Tracey Billy & Tony were all so kind, they just knew how to deal with us as individuals in a sensitive way. I would definitely recommend. The facilities they have to offer ie The Butterfly Room (although we didn’t use as we’d already decided) is a great addition. A local business doing a grand job.
