When I first contacted Colin to ask if he could organise my father's funeral, he was absolutely wonderful. A constantly calm, reassuring, sympathetic and unflappable presence, who took everything in his stride - including the fact that the organ wasn't working on the day - he came up with the perfect solution for every last-minute hitch that came up. He and his team did a brilliant job and, although of course it was a sad occasion, with Colin's help, we made sure that my Dad had a really good send-off.
