★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely disgraceful the way I was treated by A J. Wakely’s. I didn’t get to carry my mum’s coffin as I had asked I never even got to see her coffin lowered into the ground. I did arrive 15 minutes late due to traffic but they went ahead anyway. Wasn’t consulted about anything regarding my mum’s funeral even though they told me on the phone they would. I didn’t get to put a card on my mum’s flowers. How this funeral directors is still running is beyond me. I will definitely never use them in the future. They are an absolute shambles.
