Ignored personal requests and took away our opportunity to carry our relative into the church to rest.
Poorly managed and minimal communication which led to distress on the day.
The original Mr Adlam would not be impressed with the way it is now being run. Sold to a larger company, but kept the name.
Will not be using or recommending further.
