The understanding of various family requirements and publication of notices and order of services were brilliant. Follow-up support of family after the funeral was an unexpected genuine care.

Claire at GF Hunt was absolutely amazing. She took control of my Dads cremation after the original funeral Directors did absolutely nothing even after calling me to say that they were dealing with the cremation and 3 weeks later my Dad was still in Bath RUH because Bowyers hadn't arranged to collect his body Claire was very professional, sympathetic and her communication was second to none. When my wife Rosie died not long ago, my brilliant step-children sorted all of the funeral arrangements based on what we had told them was wanted. G F Hunt is local to my step-daughter so I think that was why they were chosen, but whatever the reason it didn't matter, these guys did an amazing job, from Clare in the office sitting and listen to me bang on various visits, to Trish on the day organising the many, many family members that were there and sorting Rosie's brothers to carry the coffin.
