The team is amazing. We can not thank Obitus enough for all their help in ensuring that our mother’s funeral (Guildford Crematorium) would be smooth-running. Very impressed with the ease and reliability of the technology across projection, audio, and weblinks.
On our side, we had had a number of assorted challenges to navigate, thus, we had to make many calls to Obitus, who simply went out of their way to resolve what we required with much patience and understanding, including post-funeral.
At a time when understanding is much required, immediate telephone response, and practical, patient

I would like to shout out the team at Obitus and especially James for their exceptional customer service and care - I was extremely impressed by how friendly, efficient, compassionate and diligent they were. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We have been working with Obitus for 4 years. They were clear market leaders when we selected them and this last year (2020) has proved the wisdom of using their services. They have been innovative, and exceptionally responsive to a fast changing situation to ensure we were able to deliver the very best possible level of funeral service here at North Devon Crematorium. They have proved to be brilliant partners and their positive approach has helped build our own relationship with funeral directors and celebrants - their conduct reflects on us in the best way possible.

If I have any difficulty finding a requested song I can easily email the team who respond or often a quick phone call is answered positively - Obitus have many times been so helpful (and patient) with requests from me or a bereaved family. Plus, the webcast or record option at many locations is so useful - especially this year being the connection for people unable to attend a service. It really helps to personalise a funer

I submitted all the images for my mother’s funeral tribute on time, already edited to the correct aspect ratio and dimensions. In other words, the company didn’t need to adjust anything beyond placing the slides to the chosen music.
A few hours after the deadline, I realised I needed to swap out one image. There’s no way to request this directly through the platform; everything has to go through the funeral director. When they eventually got back to me later that day, I was told the change would cost an additional £30—on top of the £85 I had already paid.
For a single, simple replacement, I
