My dad died in September of this year
It was not a shock and I am glad he is no longer suffering
What I can say is your service was shocking
I called to say I would like to see my dad at the chapel of rest but I was answered by the responder She was unsure if he was with you and could I call back
I called back to be told You had only just collected his clothes and could I call back
I called a few days later to be told I am only answering calls and I can’t help you to arrange a date and time to see my loved one
