My beautiful Rosie passed away 2 weeks ago, she was 19. A part of my heart broke that day which will never be mended. At least I know that she was treated with the utmost respect and care during her time at Sheffield. She arrived home today in a beautiful casket with a lovely card. After she died, the house felt so empty without her and so to have her home again is incredibly important to me. I've made a little shrine for her with the cards people sent, a photo of her and some of her toys and her casket will sit in among those when I go to bed at night. I have her with me on the sofa dur

We sadly lost our little pet micro sheep, Billy, this week. The team at CPC were absolutely amazing during this heartbreaking time - their compassion and professionalism helped us no end. They took very good care of him and he’s back home with us now - we will be forever grateful for their support and assistance during this very sad time. We cannot recommend them highly enough - sincere thanks to the team there and indeed on the phones, too - a much needed service when your heart is broken and you wonder how you’ll get through it - they are amazing.

I wish I'd never chosen to collect my girl's ashes as it's now tainted my memory of her final journey 😢.
Especially after we received the most amazing care and compassion from the vets when it was time to say goodbye.
Upon arriving at CPC sheffield it looked different to how it's portrayed on the website, it resembled a bit of a building site with men in hi-vis vests (I'm aware of health and safety protocols but thought this may have been out of sight).
I parked the car and made my way to the door that said reception but before I got anywhere near a man came out and asked if he could help me

Had my daughters cat a individual cremation and paid for that service. then we get a phone call from them saying that my cat is not coming home because he was cremated with other pets and been scattered in the communal garden. And now I have to explain to my autistic daughter he is not coming home for Christmas after telling her he was coming home. I will tell people to avoid this service because that is so irresponsible and still had no money back for the service I paid for. very very disappointing and very very angry .
