A service that promises everything and delivers the exact opposite Sentiments proudly advertise that their staff are “friendly and approachable” and that “nothing is too much trouble.” In my experience, even acknowledging the existence of the next of kin appeared to be too much trouble. Approaching them produced very little friendliness and even less information. They assure families they “take great pride” in what they do.
