★☆☆☆☆ I think its disgusting that I cannot go see my Grandma and say goodbye unless I pay £50 per visit. I've never ever heard of this with any other funeral services. I cannot believe relatives cannot get to say goodbye unless they pay £50.00 per visit. My poor child cannot get her last goodbye either because of this insane policy.
