My gran had become very frail before she passed, but the way she was dressed and presented made her look the most peaceful and comfortable she had been in a long time. It meant the world to us. As I was out of the country they respectfully looked after her until my return.
Shirlee was there every step of the way to help arrange the funeral and managed to get everything we wanted even though it was over the Christmas period.
Even though I had never met Callum when I rang in he was very professional and friendly answering my questions.

So a funeral is not a day you ever look forward to & my mums funeral was one of those days. However Jamie & his team made mum’s day v special. Nothing was too much trouble & they looked after mum from collecting her from the hospital to the day of we said goodbye to her . They were very compassionate & caring & would definitely recommend them.
