From the initial telephone call to arrange the funeral Deborah was compassionate, caring and professional. This continued throughout. On my first visit I was welcomed with a warm smile and kind words. I instantly felt at ease at what I can only describe as the worst time of my life. Deborah arranged everything perfectly.
On the day the bearers were wonderful, professional and caring. They were kind enough to let me help carry my mum into the chapel. The return journey was relaxed and I chatted with the driver in general which helped.

After Dad passed away we were at a loss as what to do and who to get in touch with to help with the funeral, our neighbours suggested Heaths, as they had used them a number of times in the past couple of years. I rang them and they arrived very quickly, treated us and my dad with utmost respect and placed him in the Chapel of Rest in High Greave.
Deborah was very helpful when we went to sort the arrangements out for the funeral, guiding us in a very nice manner to what we wanted, helped with the celebrant, who was excellent and all went to plan.
