I would like to thank all staff at Stannington Funeral Home for a seamless and worry-free experience. From my first contact with them through to the Chapel and on to the cremation, they were attentive, sensitive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly, which enabled the family to attend the funeral and wake with the minimum of planning on our part, and for us to concentrate our thoughts on our dear, late dad.

I had a funeral plan with John heath's as my family have used them throughout our generation, but to be honest our generation stops here .. I was totally appalled by the way Adam conducted a telephone conversation after losing my beautiful mum, he was arrogant and abrupt !
I think he should take note in not presuming who had taken the plan out .. he kept repeating, it depends on the plan , when all I asked was can I see my mum and paint her nails ! I told him that the lovely guys who had picked my mum up from her care home that this would be ok ..his reply was they should not have said that .
