1 was arranging my relatives funeral in their home town, I live 90 miles aways. Firstly I needed to know that would send me their ashes. I had already spoken to an independent funeral director in the area, they said that they were unable to send the ashes. The Co op checked if they could send them then got back to confirm they could.
