Jason deals with the whole process from start to finish himself, Linzi (admin) always available and happy to help with questions, queries about timings, or details we may have missed or adding extras. Make up lady amazing, my mum looked just like she did before gettin ill.
Every detail was thought about and carried out with care and compassion.

I was recommended to this company and, on first meeting the owner, he presented himself as professional and caring. I understand that funeral services are a business, but I was reassured that my mother’s arrangements would be handled with dignity and respect.
I engaged the company to arrange my late mother’s cremation. Following the service, I was deeply disappointed by how her ashes were returned. They were handed to my wife in a plastic bag inside a plain cardboard box with a sticker attached. Prior to this, I had discussed the option of a suitable casket. If there were additional costs invo

They refuse to tell me anything about my partner of 18 years together. Rocks deny me knowledge of where my partner's body is. Absolutely vile operations.
I will not be informed of any funeral, it appears.
Had waited for an entire week for Rocks to call me back regarding my nearest and dearest's body that they had in their building. Questionable to say the least. As they had stated they would call me. I guess integrity is now a thing of the past. Seemingly, money can't buy some things. Careful who you do business with.
