The whole process was arranged and made perfect for saying goodbye to my Father. A lovely personal memorial In their Chapel of rest for our close family as we had arranged. The care we received was 100% ,nothing to much trouble , and Clare made a very emotional experience much easier to deal with and was always on the end of the phone if needed ,and she called everyday to check up on us to see how we were coping which I thought was a lovely thing to do and was needed at times just to get through the day
