Button & Huteson organisation was efficient and supportive. I received many kind, empathetic phonecalls, and on the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly. The webcast was appreciated by those who, because of distances, could not attend the funeral personally. The music was carefully sourced and there were many helpful touches - giving support to the musicians and putting up a board with photographs. The director was kind and courteous. Thank you for excellent service.
One gripe - I'm still waiting for an invoice for my first payment.
