From the moment we knew my dad was going to pass away, Steph was fantastic. She was compassionate, understanding and so caring.
Alan and Mason was so professional when collecting my dad from home but they still showed care and love which for us as a family is so important.
When Adele came to our home to go through the funeral arrangements, she was brilliant. She listened to our wishes and nothing was too much hassle.

Never had to plan a funeral before, so when my young son passed away Adele and Steph made the whole process so bearable. So friendly and let us plan a lovely young send off. We had daily visits with family and friends to write messages on the coffin. Even took the 3 crazy dogs in. Amazing, warm welcome every time. And the Xbox flowers was amazing. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us.

Really wish I could give this review on the basis of just the funeral service alone in question and not the whole series of events surrounding it.
The funeral itself was beautiful and the gentleman that carried out the funeral was wonderful.
Unfortunately that's as far as the good comments can go, the funeral directors however has not been a positive experience.
The widow of the man whose funeral this review is in regards to contacted Wilson and cooper to enquire if her late husband had arrived with them and to give her details. She asked during this call if they had a date yet for his funeral
