John was absolutely fantastic helping our friend after his mother passed away. He showed great professionalism and compassion towards our friend who didn’t have anyone to help him at that time and has learning difficulties and is Dyslexic. John was marvellous. He took it upon himself to personally take him everywhere ….to register the death and everywhere else he needed to go to. He helped him at every step of the way and helped him cope emotionally too. John went over and above to ease the process for our friend and we are all profoundly grateful.
