Even when we thought we may have to cancel at the last minute, they offered advise and support and nothing was too much trouble. The words ‘Thank you’ are not enough to say how grateful we are to Emma and the team at Eckington for making mums funeral a day to remember. A wonderful celebration of her 99 years (and 5 months). The care and compassion from our first phone call with Emma enquiring about a funeral and all our conversations in between to the actual day of the funeral was outstanding.
