Jo and Mel are a credit to you as a company. We have just had to go through the hardest time of our lives after loosing our beautiful mum and the most loving wife. It's a time you know one day will come but never expect it so soon. Jo was so kind and patient and although what they do is a business it isn't like that. They genuinely care and want to help you make sure everything is how you want. For my dad it was important he could see my mum daily and this was catered for at every step with Mel and Jo with a cup of coffee on the make when he came in. It is the first time I've been in the unfortunate position of organising a funeral and recently losing my dear mum brought a whole heap of emotions for me and my family. My mum was a private person who never asked for anything for herself, the least I could do was arrange to give her what she asked for at the end of her life. After briefly dealing with another local FD and making the decision to move mum from their care, I approached Co-op late Christmas Eve. I dealt with Jo, an amazing lady..
