Truly dreadful experience. Woman we saw had forgotten that we had appointment then brought the wrong details of deceased person into the meeting then left to find the correct file followed by further mishaps. Would not recommend using the West Bar office.

Supposed to be there for those who have passed and those that are near to them too. But they've never considered either the 1 that has sadly passed or their close 1s and make out that they are speaking the truth (which is lies). Wish I could say I'd recommend, but I can't.
