From the moment we informed Edward Wallace of Mum’s death, we were dealt with in a faultless professional and friendly manner. Gail phoned the next day and came out to see us and couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. She guided us through it all, resulting in Mum’s sad but very lovely funeral on Friday.
