I lost my mum suddenly back in November and to be honest I didn't have a clue about what to do, I remembered that I had the address of Bramleys because they did my step dad's funeral.
So I got in touch with them and spoke to Mandy and Claire when she was still there. But it was mostly Mandy, I've got to say how absolutely fantastic she was, put my mind at rest and dealt with everything for me.
