The first word I think of is "Perfection" as that's just what I have experienced.
I checked out several funeral organisations before deciding to visit this office, and I was delighted to be welcomed by lovely Natalie, who is the ideal ambassadress. I felt at home immediately and there was no sales pressure at all, just genuine care and friendship. I decided straight away that this was the right place to care for my husband, who was on "end of life care" through dementia.
(He died a few days later, but everything was in place for the perfect attention and care he received).
