I have never in my life dealt with more loving compassionate people. We lost our daughter’s horse suddenly last night.I rang Lords in an absolute state and I cannot put into words the kindness shown from these wonderful people. I hope no one ever has to deal with what we just went through but I cannot cannot thank you enough for going out of your way to help us.
Despite the situation our horse was treated with absolute dignity from start to finish. They understand that these animals are our entire world and they go out of their way to make a terrible situation bearable.

Yesterday we had to take the tough decision to have one of our horses euthanased.. There are only a few options to choose in Lincolnshire.
Lord's realistically being the only one. (I only ever go from recommendations. They have plenty and for a reason.)
Mr Lord himself came and dealt with our Chester. Such a kind and compassionate gentleman.
It takes a good man to do a job like this and he really is one.
If anyone has any doubts whatsoever to choose either drugs or a gun when it comes to large animal euthanasia I would suggest without a doubt the gun is by far the most humane way.
