Monique was the first person I met and I immediately felt at ease. She explained what would happen at each stage of the process and who would contact me. Everything was arranged by Co-op Funeralcare including booking the crematorium, providing the music I'd requested, the flowers, the order of service and the minister. I told Monique the details and she put it all together.
