I cannot put into words how incredibly grateful we are for the care, compassion and support from all the team.
A massive thank you especially to Sarah, for all the cups of coffee and daily hugs. I was able to go and see my mum everyday.
Even when they were closed, Sarah came and opened up so I could have more time with mum.
We were always made to feel very welcome and George and Sarah both helped make the experience comfortable.
The green cravats were a lovely little touch to the service - Green was mums favourite Colour.

Mum was respected and looked after like she was family.
Nothing was to much trouble for George, he got a lock of mums hair and finger print for us to treasure.

Words can't describe how grateful we are. Every single staff member here are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They made sure my nan had the best send off. Everytime we visited we got the warmest welcome. When things went a bit wrong (no fault of theirs) they were there ready to step in. From start to finish they made sure they treat my nan with dignity. I'll forever be grateful to the staff here. They'll always have a special place in my heart ❤️

George took care of dads funeral and was outstanding throughout the whole process. Helped us as a family navigate a very difficult time and did so perfectly.
