The entire process was completely stress free, and every need was taken care of. My grandad was given the perfect Scottish send-off, just as he would have wanted. I lost my mum suddenly back in November and to be honest I didn't have a clue about what to do, I remembered that I had the address of Bramleys because they did my step dad's funeral. So I got in touch with them and spoke to Mandy and Claire when she was still there. But it was mostly Mandy, I've got to say how absolutely fantastic she was, put my mind at rest and dealt with everything for me. If your ever in the situation I was in I would definitely recommend that you give them a call if your in their area. Thank you
