Jake and the team couldn’t possibly have done anymore for us as we navigated the loss of our loved one, Patrick.
The care, compassion and empathy of the whole team was exemplary and we felt supported and looked after throughout the whole process.
We visited Patrick daily while he was in Jake’s care, nothing was too much trouble and to have those moments with Patrick to say goodbye in our own time meant the world, we are so very grateful.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Jacob and his team when my dear husband died shortly after Christmas. I had no idea of how to plan and arrange a funeral, but Jacob visited my sister-in-law and I at my home and he was so helpful and reassuring. He explained everything, listened carefully to my ideas, made suggestions when asked for his advice and promised to ensure that Ron would have the best farewell possible.
