Brilliant Service!
John Heath and Sons were everything you would expect…courteous and sympathetic and the arrangements for my Mum’s funeral were made with the minimum of fuss and the funeral ceremonies, lead by Jason, were conducted with due solemnity.
More than that, Tracey provided a first-class service, keeping me in the loop as arrangements came to fruition and being available to talk every time I visited – that really helped me. David, our celebrant, hit all the right notes in delivery of the eulogy.

Although the circumstances were tough it's hard to imagine how Heath could have been any more helpful and supportive throughout the process. From initial body recovery through the funeral organization, the actual funeral day and then the aftermath, every single employee we encountered was deeply respectful, helpful and essentially perfect to deal with. Things I thought were going to be complicated eg order of service and creation of the booklet, were handled by them with minimal fuss at our end. The ladies at Meadowhead (Tracey and Sue) were supportive and for instance came in on the weekend

from first meeting to after the funeral the staff at john heath meadowhead were exceptional . they looked after our young son and brother connor hale as if he was part of their family . the compassion they showed for us as a family and the way they looked after him was beautiful . they bacame part of out extended family . we are eternally grateful as a family for everything they did . thank you so much
