From the very first phone call , to the day of the funeral itself, Porters treated us with the upmost compassion, understanding and professionalism at every point.Nothing was too much trouble as they were very accommodating. I had never had to organise a funeral before but they immediately made me feel at ease and gave me excellent advice throughout , explaining every step.
