My brother and myself would like to express a huge thank you to everyone at Mcgoughs but particularly Alan who guided us all the way through a very difficult and sad time as we organised the funeral of our beloved mother in December 2025. Whether it was whilst communicating by phone or in person. It was necessary for my Mum to be collected from Hampshire and taken home to Stoke for her burial. This was done with utter professionalism, empathy and dignity. Sadly I’m now at an age where I’m thinking about my own funeral. Though I no need to look very far. McGoughs, like lots of other reviews, have looked after generations of our family.
