Visited dfs yesterday took take out a funeral plan we had a appointment with Vanessa it takes time to fill out the forms which Vanessa did for me nothing was to much trouble and we were never rushed Vanessa was very thorough making sure everything was to our satisfaction we cannot thank or praise her enough for the service she gave us thank you
