After tragically losing my sister very suddenly, planning a funeral was the most difficult thing I've ever gone through and I could not have got through it without Caroline and her colleagues. Everyone at Jack Dawson's helped me and my brothers every step of the way - dealing with family drama, perfecting the service and helping us create a wonderful tribute to my sister with kindness and patience the whole way through.
