My father died 16th January and the funeral was arranged with Gail . . . . However the woman doing the speech at the funeral called Linda, named 3 of his children and failed to name the eldest Diane. . . Walked out in disgust, rang them up to complain and Gail said someone would call me back to apologise, never happened! They had a cremation every half an hour, one in and one out, they don’t do attention to detail, they should check the details of the loved ones but they don’t! Avoid this funeral undertakers if u can! Don’t waste your money on this uncaring company that just want to take your
